What You’ll Do: Work directly with customers to identify their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions Provide exceptional service and maintain strong customer relationships Process policy changes, quotes, and claims support Support the agency's growth through lead generation, follow-ups, and cross-selling opportunities What We’re Looking For: Must be fully licensed in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty insurance (required) Previous experience in an insurance agency or sales role preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual is a plus!
