
Retail/Sales Account Manager

Overview We are looking for a results oriented account manager who is passionate about growing our retail business.
Responsibilities Build and manage sales forecasts. Work closely with Ops, Product, Finance and Retail partners
Sell In /Sell Through Analysis: weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting and share insight with larger organization.
Analyze and plan assortment updates and changes based on SKU productivity and performance.
Build and manage product launch calendar. Oversee promotional and retailer calendars to ensure the brand is positioned for success while aligning with internal priorities and calendars.
Identify and manage retail opportunities for our home fragrance products.
Working with key retail stakeholders and delivering on proposals.
Deliver strategic presentations showcasing retailer opportunities.
Place PO's / Track-Sell-In
Manage SKU creation, updates and management with retail partners
Assortment Planning, Hand Off, NPF Forms Completed.
Monitor Sephora reviews and provide solutions to improve ratings and products. Manage additional review generation.
Manage comp collection
Review retail site for OOS opportunities, partner with planning to ensure stock and support sell through
Relay retailer feedback to appropriate internal teams
Qualifications Organized, data driven, and detail oriented.
Experience working with a beauty/fragrance brand at Sephora
Familiar with key retail tools and systems
