
Marketing Coordinator

Repair Authority is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This person will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This person will help prioritize initiatives, track key deliverables and ensure flawless execution across the sales team. This role will support both the sales and marketing department with critical administrative tasks and select account responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of professional marketing experience and can demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong relationship building abilities, and has an outstanding level of organization. Must have a can-do attitude, be motivated by deadlines, and be confident managing deliverables to peers and senior management.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print and other channels
Prepare and maintain sales-related materials, including presentations, proposals, dashboards, price lists and internal reports
Coordinate content creation for website, social media, email marketing and other deliverables
Manage marketing calendars, timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Track and report on campaign performance using analytics and marketing tools
Distribute promotional materials and other resources to sales representatives
Assist with logistics for trade shows, sales meetings, and on-site customer visits
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
3 years proven experience in Marketing Communications or similar role
Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
Proficiency in MS Office and web content management tools (e.g., Squarespace, Hubspot)
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong communication, project management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFull-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Pay: $55K-$60K
