Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Management professional with experience supporting investment or asset management marketing materials . This role focuses on the production cycle of mutual fund marketing materials , working with data providers, compliance teams, and marketing stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the production cycle of mutual fund fax sheets / marketing data sheets Collect and process data from internal systems and external data providers Update and proof PDF marketing materials and fund fact sheets Load and manage marketing collateral in Seismic (preferred) Perform data validation and compliance checks Collaborate with Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales, and Compliance teams Support updates for Mutual Funds, ETFs, and other investment products Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing production, or marketing analytics Experience working with marketing collateral / marketing materials Exposure to financial services, asset management, or investment products preferred Familiarity with Seismic is a strong plus SQL knowledge is a plus Strong attention to detail with data processing and compliance-driven workflows Duration- 6+ Months ( Extension highly possible) About US Tech Solutions US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
