Digital Marketing Manager

Hypercore is a post-seed startup backed by at.inc/, Y Combinator, and leading fintech operators. We’re transforming non-bank lending—a $140T market—through a data-first loan management platform that helps commercial and direct lenders centralize data, automate operations, and scale with confidence. We’re expanding our GTM team and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can build and execute campaigns that create high-intent pipeline for sales. Why Join Hypercore? What You’ll Do You’ll lead digital marketing and content while contributing across the full marketing stack. Your work may include: Planning and executing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid channels, and our website Owning the website experience and optimizing for SEO and conversion Producing content that drives pipeline: landing pages, ads, short-form content Analyzing performance data and adjusting tactics based on insights Contributing to webinars, events, and partnership-driven pipeline motions Collaborating closely with sales to drive and measure pipeline impact What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of B2B SaaS digital marketing experience (fintech or financial services is a plus) Hands-on experience with paid campaigns Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Strong writing abilities and a good design sensibility Familiarity with AI tools and comfort integrating them into workflows A proactive, self-directed mindset Strong analytical and creative thinking Ability to execute quickly, juggle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Working at Hypercore Dynamic, collaborative startup environment backed by top-tier investors High ownership and meaningful responsibility Significant growth opportunities as we scale Full-time role based in Israel, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work Ready to help shape the future of fintech?
