We look forward to seeing and hearing your abilities as you apply for our California-based part-time remote marketing and Proposal Assistant position. We encourage you to expand your understanding of our industry and explore the types of projects we have completed. As we target and respond to RFPs, you will be working closely with our Sr. Marketing Manager to create outstanding proposals in both detailed content and visual appeal. Your assignment will be to quickly grasp a project, coordinate proposal submissions, and deliver them on time on a weekly basis. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, maintaining proposal-related documentation, and supporting other project management tasks as needed. We are starting at approximately 24 hours per week. We will move fast with the right candidate. Qualifications At least 1 to 2 years of experience Experience in proposal writing and management using the latest digital tools. Ability to respond effectively to RFPs and excellent Communication skills Understanding of Google Earth and KMZ files Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines A bachelor's degree in a relevant marketing field is preferred Experience in the environmental consulting industry is a huge plus Ability to communicate effectively even while working independently and remotely Not required, but having video production skills is also a plus.
