Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales. You will work closely with senior marketing staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, manage social media platforms, and analyze market trends.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Manage and update social media accounts and content
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
Track and analyze website and social media performance metrics
Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures and newsletters
Coordinate logistics for marketing events and promotions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using social media platforms and tools
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
