Availability Required: Tuesday evenings, 5-6pm EST, Thursday evenings 4-5pm EST. Flexible hours otherwise.

Content Creation & Storytelling
Film and edit video content showcasing athlete stories, product features, and coaching insights
Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, paid media campaigns, and website
Develop creative concepts that resonate with coaches and athletes
Assist with planning and executing paid social campaigns across platforms
Drive customer engagement initiatives and community building
Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on insights
Brand & Digital Presence
Shape CrewLAB's presence across social channels, newsletters, and podcasts
Contribute ideas to digital content and user experience
Test new channels and tactics to reach coaches and teams
You’ll have the agency to propose ideas, experiment with new approaches, and directly influence how we connect with the sports community.
