## DescriptionUnited Bank of Union is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a college student or early-career individual seeking hands-on experience in the community, social media, content creation, digital marketing, and market research.**JOB SUMMARY:** This position will support the bank’s marketing team with day-to-day projects and initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, support business development, enhance customer engagement, and community outreach. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES:*** Assist with creating and editing content across various platforms.* Support content development for marketing materials, electronic signage, newsletters, social media, events, and more.* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.* Help coordinate marketing campaigns and track performance metrics.* Assist with graphic design tasks such as creating simple visuals, flyers, and promotional assets (using Adobe Creative Suite along with other alike products).* Organize and maintain marketing files, photo libraries, and digital assets.* Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.* Provide general administrative support for marketing projects and events.The Marketing Intern will gain experience in:* Digital and social media marketing* Branding and content creation* Analytics and performance reporting* Campaign planning and execution* Cross-department collaboration in a business environment* Event management## Qualifications**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:*** Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field (or recent graduate).* Strong communication and writing skills.* Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts preferred.* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.* Eager to learn and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.**WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HOURS:*** Flexible part-time schedule, typically 20-25 hours per week.* Support for events or special projects outside regular hours including weekends.United Bank of Union is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.FDIC Member #J-18808-Ljbffr
