At Alpine IQ, our Account Executives are more than sellers; they are strategic partners helping clients unlock the power of our platform. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision‑makers, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and close new business. Your mission is to drive revenue growth while helping customers understand how Alpine IQ can transform their marketing, customer engagement, and operational capabilities. What You’ll Do Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories or verticals Collaborate with sales leadership to align on pipeline development and growth initiatives Prospecting & Pipeline Management Research and identify high‑potential clients and key decision‑makers Generate new opportunities through outbound outreach including email, phone, and social channels Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM Client Engagement Build trust‑based relationships through consultative selling Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate Alpine IQ’s value Guide prospects through the evaluation process and onboarding journey Negotiation & Closing Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business opportunitiesManage the contract process from proposal through signature Reporting & Continuous Improvement Track and report progress toward revenue goals Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings What You Bring 2–5 years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value Hands‑on experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven Bachelor’s degree preferred Bonus Points If You Have Experience in marketing technology (MarTech) Experience in cannabis, retail, or highly regulated industries A passion for working in startup or high‑growth SaaS environments How Success is Measured Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets Consistent outbound prospecting activity Strong pipeline development and management CRM accuracy and forecasting reliability Positive client engagement and successful handoffs to onboarding teams Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Ancillary benefits including life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible Time Off Paid Parental Leave Home Office Benefit Virtual team events and company culture programs Company‑provided laptop And more This role is open to candidates located in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington Base Salary: $80,000 USD | On-Target Earnings: $160,000 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
