Join our team as a Benefits Marketing Specialist , where you’ll help shape meaningful benefits solutions for our clients and strengthen our partnerships with top carrier partners. In this role, you’ll handle the placement of new and renewal accounts, provide expert product recommendations, and collaborate closely with Producers and Service Teams to deliver exceptional results. Your insight and initiative will directly influence our clients’ success — and our agency’s continued growth. What You’ll Do Manage the marketing process for accounts generating $15,000+ in revenue. Work directly with Carrier Partners and General Agents (GAs) to secure competitive proposals. Deliver expert product recommendations and clear, data-driven proposals. Keep Producers and Service Teams informed on market status and updates. Attend open enrollment meetings and support client communications. Partner on the creation of Benefits Guides and assist with compliance needs . Represent the agency at carrier meetings and execute consolidation initiatives. Support Producers in sales meetings with carrier insight and market expertise. Act as a go-to resource for carrier and GA marketing materials. What You Bring Active Life & Health Producer’s License (Required) Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with sound judgment The Hardenbergh Insurance Group has been a family-owned and operated company for three generations.
