Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized, creative, and dynamic professional to join our client's commercial real estate team as a Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong background in administration, marketing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the principal broker's schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls

Assist with internal and external communications, including email drafting and proofreading

Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, and ensure office supplies and materials are stocked

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries

Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms

Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and videos

Collaborate with influencers and brand partners on content creation

Analyze social media metrics and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

4+ years of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools

Basic experience in digital content creation and social media management

Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
