We are looking for an Account Executive. The Account Executive works directly with EP customers to learn, understand, and uncover client goals and pain points while establishing how the EP product and service line can help solve their needs. Duties include regularly meeting sales quotas, team goals, and other forms of client expectations. The Account Executive will be able to uncover opportunities for new business as well as maintain client satisfaction levels in purchased services/products to help EP meet its sales targets. This individual is a key team member in helping support the sales process through to the project setup ensuring a successful hand off to other internal EP support teams. The Account Executive should be able to articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of all EP products and services developing client relationships in repeat customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate experienced sales skill set Prepare and present sales value proposition for EP products and services
General understanding of EP’s complete product and service offering with ability to articulate sales value proposition to clients
Understanding of sales target prospecting practices to achieve sales quotas – documenting leads and opportunities and ensure complete information data sets are captured with timely follow up
Gather and understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget including key decision maker roles
Overcome client objections
Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
Demonstrate excellence in opportunity management filling sales gap to achievement sales targets
Occasionally host and attend client sales events including lunches, dinners, sporting events and concerts
Ensure the production setup order form has a complete data set of required information and that system requirements match account specific requests
Independently coordinate and onboard all clients onto EP Products within established delivery times
Participate in regularly scheduled account team client meetings and team meetings providing ideas for how to position our services and products to help clients improve their business process while also looking at how to improve our business results
Ability to partner with clients and document all client inquiries in Salesforce via Case and record all inbound/outbound calls as well as emails and other case tasks with quality detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to sales, service, and product escalation procedures for assigned tasks/issues, ensuring that all involved parties are informed of an issue’s current status/resolution.
May participate in various client focused and department projects
Ability to build trust with specific clients creating foundational relationships
Must complete and pass all required training on all products and services
Additional responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or industry/job experience equivalent
Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, in client service preferred
Entertainment industry experience preferred, specifically entertainment Production experience
Experience in basic sales practices including strong cold calling skills with a strong determination to turn leads into opportunities
Experience in lead qualification and development practices
High aptitude for problem solving with the ability uncover customer pain with high degree of diplomacy
2 years basic negotiation experience in an entry level or equivalent experience sales role
Goal-oriented, driven by a large appetite to ‘win’
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, always showing respect for the client and for fellow employees
Learning agility and action orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills with client facing acumen
Ability to collaborate and work with team and other departments effectively
Ability to analyze, demonstrate sound decision making and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task as well as handle multiple client issues at a time
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $87,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
