Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Brand Manager based in Lutz, FL. The Brand Manager plays a central role in shaping and protecting the Morgan Family of brands by ensuring a consistent, credible, and compelling brand presence across customer‑facing touchpoints. This hands‑on role is focused on reputation management, customer communications, content development, and creative execution. The Brand Manager helps guide how the Morgan brands show up at every stage of the customer journey, from first impression through post‑project engagement, while supporting sales, events, and internal teams with the assets and guidance they need. Core Responsibilities Brand Stewardship & Reputation Management Serve as a steward of the Morgan brands, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels. Manage online reputation initiatives, including review generation efforts and responding to customer reviews across platforms. Monitor customer feedback and brand sentiment, identifying opportunities to reinforce trust and credibility. Support referral program execution, including messaging, creative assets, and ongoing optimization. Customer Communications Help shape customer communications across brands, including content direction, messaging frameworks, and communication cadence. Ensure customer‑facing communications align with brand standards and support a positive, cohesive brand experience. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to evolve communications as business needs and customer expectations change. Content Development & Creative Execution Coordinate content creation efforts, working with internal teams and external vendors to plan, capture, and deliver photo and video assets. Support the development of brand, testimonial, and campaign content for use across digital, print, and internal channels. Provide creative direction for print and other marketing materials in collaboration with freelance designers and vendors. Creative Production & Deadline Management Oversee print and creative production timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and assets are delivered accurately and on time. Review proofs and final assets for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality before distribution. Serve as the primary point of contact for freelance designers and production partners. Internal Team Support Support sales and event teams with branded materials, presentations, displays, and promotional assets. Ensure internal teams have access to up to date, on‑brand materials aligned with current messaging and offers. Act as a brand resource for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on brand standards and asset usage. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to align brand initiatives with organizational priorities. Work with external vendors and partners to support brand‑related initiatives and executions. Take on additional brand‑related projects and responsibilities as needed to support the overall brand strategy. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role. Experience managing creative projects, vendors, and timelines. Strong written communication skills with a clear understanding of brand voice and messaging. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Preferred Experience in home improvement, construction, or consumer services. Experience with review platforms, referral programs, and customer communications.
