Tori helps buyers buy and sellers sell, and she helps agents build the confidence and skills they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Editing Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Repurpose long-form class recordings into clips and snippets Edit and enhance photos using AI tools (Gemini, TryItOnAI, Canva, etc.) Design graphics, thumbnails, and social media templates Create branded visuals using established color palette and hashtags Social Media Management Draft captions, SEO tags, and keywords Upload posts to multiple platforms and maintain posting calendars Track analytics and engagement trends Keep content folders organized and labeled Brand & Marketing Support Update and format marketing materials for classes, events, and listings Assist in developing consistent branding across platforms Prepare content for email newsletters and Eventbrite pages Support launches for real estate courses, seminars, and recruiting events Administrative & Organizational Tasks Maintain a content archive Create simple content workflows and checklists Help brainstorm weekly content ideas Attend occasional virtual meetings Any Other Requirements: Must have a cell phone and laptop. Description: The Marketing & Content Creation Intern will support a fast‑growing, multi-state real estate and education brand. This role is perfect for a student or early‑career creative who wants hands‑on experience in social media, content creation, brand development, and real estate marketing. You will help produce engaging, high‑quality content that showcases real estate education, market insights, leadership, recruiting initiatives, and lifestyle branding across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Eventbrite. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where creativity and organization matter.
