Position Overview BlueHuki is seeking a dynamic, personable, and results-driven Sales & Account Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship management. This role involves developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing key client accounts post-onboarding. You will be the bridge between sales, marketing, and digital teams—supporting company growth through proactive outreach and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive sales in new and existing (DC & NYC) markets
Follow up on leads from internal marketing and lead-gen platforms (e.g., Thumbtack)
Represent BlueHuki through networking events (e.g., BNI, chamber of commerce)
Develop grassroots marketing strategies in online communities and social media groups
Curate new referral partnerships with aligned service providers
Report on sales performance and KPIs during company weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings
Client Account Management Manage and respond to client correspondence
Lead monthly and quarterly check-ins with assigned clients
Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of services and clarity on expectations
Support onboarding process and act as point of contact during transition from sales to service
Work with project and digital teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded
Track client timelines, deliverables, and ongoing engagement
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales and account management (agency experience a plus)
Proven ability to network, prospect, and close deals
Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
Experience using HubSpot CRM for tracking and pipeline management
Knowledge of digital marketing services preferred
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
