We are seeking a passionate, creative, and highly operational Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of the fashion and luxury industry. This role will own the day-to-day execution of our social media presence from strategy and content creation to community engagement and paid media management. The position requires a hands‑on, tech‑savvy professional who is comfortable using AI content tools and visual design platforms such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, and other emerging technologies to drive efficiency and creativity. The ideal candidate combines strong fashion intuition with digital fluency, thrives in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment, and brings a startup mindset agile, adaptable, and solution‑driven. This person is equally comfortable building strategic direction and executing content daily, always with a performance‑oriented and results‑driven approach. Key Responsibilities Build and execute a social media strategy aligned to brand and business goals. Plan and manage a detailed content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and soon TikTok. Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments relevant to fashion and lifestyle audiences. Identify cultural moments, fashion trends, and real‑time opportunities to drive engagement. Content Creation & AI Tools Create & edit high‑quality visuals and written content (Reels, photos, Stories, carousels). Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, or similar) to ideate, design, and optimize content while ensuring high brand standards. Write engaging captions and CTAs. Coordinate external photographers and videographers when it’s necessary to. Paid Media & Performance Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Manage budget allocation and campaign objectives (traffic, engagement, conversion). Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies when needed. Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, engagement rate, conversion) and provide regular performance reports. Continuously test and optimize creative formats and targeting strategies. Community Engagement & Growth Manage daily community interactions: comments, DMs, mentions, and engagements across channels. Cultivate an engaged and loyal audience by responding in brand voice and authentic tone. Identify opportunities to build community through features like UGC, polls, Q&A, and trends. Manage influencer relations and collaboration opportunities (paid and unpaid), including gifting, coordinated shoot content, and cross‑platform partnerships. Analytics & Optimization Track performance using analytics (platform insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and report trends, KPIs, and recommendations. Use data to inform content strategy and adjust tactics in real time. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Buying, Events, PR, Retail, etcto support launches and activations. Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience managing social media for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Proven experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns. Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to maintain and elevate brand visual standards. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and basic graphic/video editing familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Experience using AI content tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI workflows, etc.) to support ideation and execution. Hands‑on experience with social analytics, reporting, and performance optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting on‑brand, fashion‑forward captions. Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Entrepreneurial, startup mindset with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously. Solution‑driven, proactive, and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift. Strong fashion industry experience with trend awareness and deep understanding of fashion audiences. Community‑building experience with demonstrated engagement growth. Creative campaign ideation experience from concept to execution. Strong short‑form video editing skills for Reels, TikTok, and content repurposing. Experience collaborating cross‑functionally within marketing, retail, PR, and events teams. Who You Are A creative storyteller with an eye for fashion and hospitality. Data‑driven and curious always experimenting and optimizing. This is a 100% on‑site role with no remote work, based at our One Wall Street corporate office.
