Position Overview Investor Communications Specialists support investment and fund teams by managing communications with investors , preparing reports, and ensuring transparency across all investor touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute investor reports, newsletters, and updates on fund performance and market outlook
Draft, review, and maintain investor communications, including quarterly letters, presentations, and web content
Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and virtual briefings, ensuring smooth and professional engagement
Maintain investor records and manage communication tracking using CRM or investor management platforms
Support investor onboarding, documentation, and compliance-related communications
Collaborate with portfolio managers, operations, and marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging
Monitor investor inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure strong engagement and satisfaction
Analyze and report on investor feedback, engagement metrics, and communication effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
