This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and is responsible for translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. You will be the voice of the product to the market and the voice of the customer to internal teams, ensuring tight alignment between roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and revenue execution. Responsibilities Own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation across all product lines and modules Develop and maintain core product marketing assets, including: Product decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, and case studies Website product pages and feature narratives Sales enablement materials and competitive battlecards Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and feature launches Partner closely with Product Management to: Understand roadmap, features, and customer use cases Influence roadmap prioritization through market and customer insights Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to: Enable strong discovery, demos, and objection handling Support upsell, cross-sell, and retention motions Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research to refine positioning Define customer personas, pain points, and value narratives across buyer roles Gather feedback from customers, sales, and CS to improve messaging, adoption, and enablement Track and report on key product marketing metrics such as adoption, engagement, launch effectiveness, and sales readiness Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field 5–8 years of experience in product marketing or related roles (B2B SaaS preferred) Proven experience owning product positioning and go-to-market strategy Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering with Product, Sales, and CS Ability to translate technical product features into clear, customer-centric value Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to drive decisions Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics tools is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to lead product marketing at a fast-growing SaaS company High-visibility role with direct impact on revenue, product adoption, and market perception Collaborative, execution-focused culture with strong leadership support Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Marketing and Sales Industries Software Development Get notified about new Product Marketing Manager jobs in Houston, TX . #J-18808-Ljbffr
