About The Role We’re seeking a bold, friendly Marketing Relations Specialist to be the go‑to liaison with our carrier partners. You’ll build strong relationships, steer coordinated marketing and keep our team in the loop on new products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends. If you love strategic collaboration and driving growth through partnerships, this is your role. What You’ll Do Lead carrier partner meetings from start to finish—plan, prep, and align every time. Team up with Brokers and Sales to place business with the right carriers and spotlight their products. Gather internal feedback, track market trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Monitor carrier production and fuel strategic decisions to boost performance. Help with profit‑sharing and bonus reporting across Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, and Personal Lines. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality in every interaction. Champion ongoing training, share best practices, and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture. Respond quickly to leadership inquiries and stay ahead on industry developments. Invest in your growth with continuous learning and industry best practices. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in insurance (account management, carrier relations, marketing). Active Property & Casualty license; deep knowledge of commercial insurance products. Stellar verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex concepts for internal teams. Strong relationship‑building, diplomacy, and professionalism. Top‑night organization and multi‑tasking can juggle priorities with ease. Analytical mindset: spot market opportunities and inform strategy. Collaborative, results‑driven team player. Holds or is ready to attain a professional designation (CIC, CPCU, CRM) within 18 months. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams/Zoom); strong presentation skills. Work Environment Hybrid: four days in the office, one remote day.
