
Senior Paid Media Manager

We are hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to personally own and execute our paid search and local acquisition efforts. This is a hands‑on, execution‑first role designed for an experienced PPC practitioner who wants direct ownership, accountability, and impact.
This is not a people‑management role and not a strategy‑only position. You will be in the accounts daily, making real optimization decisions and owning performance end‑to‑end.

What You Will Own Day‑to‑Day Paid Search (Google Ads) Build, manage, and optimize branded and non‑branded search campaigns
Defend branded terms against competitors
Manage bids, budgets, match types, negatives, ad copy, and extensions
Monitor impression share, CPL, CPA, and lead quality
Identify waste and reallocate spend quickly
Local Services Ads (LSAs) Own LSA setup, ranking, and ongoing optimization
Dispute invalid or low‑quality leads
Optimize service areas, hours, responsiveness, and lead mix
Partner with intake/operations to improve call handling and outcomes
Monitor review volume and velocity as a ranking lever
Performance & Attribution Track performance from click/call → qualified lead → outcome
Diagnose performance issues and implement fixes independently
Produce clear, honest reporting with actionable insights
Surface risks early and propose solutions
How Success Is Measured Lead quality and conversion rates
Branded search stability and efficiency
LSA ranking consistency and dispute effectiveness
Ability to independently manage and improve performance
What We’re Looking For Required
7–12+ years of hands‑on PPC experience
Deep expertise in Google Ads
Direct experience managing Local Services Ads
Experience in call‑driven, high‑intent lead generation
Comfortable operating independently with full ownership
Strongly Preferred
Personal Injury, legal, or other local call‑first industry experience
Experience disputing LSA leads and managing ranking volatility
Experience collaborating closely with intake or operations teams
Track record of improving efficiency, not just increasing volume
