About Paname Coffee & Tea Importers: Founded in 2013, Paname Coffee & Tea is a local, family business with a primary focus on importing and distributing premium European coffee and tea, as well as commercial coffee and espresso equipment Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Intern to assist with campaigns, mailings, Instagram posts, research, content creation, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Content creation for Instagram, Klaviyo email blasts, blogs, and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences Marking events for community engagement activities and product launches Contribute to overall success by maximizing sales opportunities and revenue generation Stay knowledgeable on products offered, current promotions and pricing Willingness to learn basic barista skills Attend chamber of commerce events, community events, etc. with our team Active participation in the creation, support, development of strategic marketing Skills Required for the Position: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently Management skills and organizational skills Proficiency in using Canva, Instagram, etc. Sense of responsibility, autonomy and problem solving approach Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective team interaction Friendly and energetic personality with strong customer service focus Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Benefits: Competitive wages (hourly pay: $14 - $19, varies by experience) Work Location: In person/office, Part-time (15 - 25 hours/week) or Full-time (36 hours/week) Start Date: Within 2-3 weeks of the first interview.
