Japanese Beverage Marketing Specialist (79124-4) Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product Ensures that salespersons are on track with sales goals Meets with other departments to make sure that salespeople are doing their job correctly Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary Arranges appointments with clients and the sales team Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls Updates all contact information for clients Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary Welcomes and directs visitors and clients Maintains filing systems as assigned Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements Perform other related duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
