MAKE AN IMPACT
As an Account Manager , your responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, cultivating trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Assume responsibility for client satisfaction and retention, ensuring timely response to needs, concerns, and escalations
Provide proactive consultation, delivering tailored technology strategies that align with each client’s goals and evolving business requirements
Own and monitor account health, identifying risks, opportunities, and growth potential through regular engagement and business reviews
Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews, renewal discussions, and roadmap planning to drive long-term client value
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, ensuring that service delivery, project execution, and support align with client expectations
Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and internal service offerings, translating insights into relevant guidance for clients
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consultative roles within technology, IT services, B2B services, sales, or other B2B environments
Bachelor's or Associates degree in communications, business administration, management, or any other related field is preferred
Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and drive retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities
Strong business acumen with confidence in engaging executives and business leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism
Collaborative mindset with ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and client stakeholders
Passion for technology with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
