Overview Empire Home Remodeling is hiring a Brand Marketing Representative to join our growing team. You will work at events such as farmers markets, home shows, county fairs, and sporting events to engage homeowners, help set up free estimates for Bath or Shower Replacements, Replacement Windows, New Siding or Replacement Doors, and introduce them to the company and why we are the best option in the area. Responsibilities Engaging all event attendees to determine which are homeowners within our service areas with a need for our services Help homeowners identify the need and/or want within their home and convert them from a passerby into a prospective customer Informing and assuring prospective customers that estimates are free and have zero obligation to purchase Help prospective customers find a suitable day and time for an estimate and set up the appointment Leave the prospective customer with a lasting positive impression of both yourself and Empire and a sense of excitement about their upcoming appointment Keys to Success A positive and upbeat attitude regardless of circumstance Self-motivated and goal-driven Determination and grit in the face of adversity A strong desire to shape your own future Ability to interact in a genuine, positive way with anyone regardless of age, background, etc. No experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
