We're a fast-growing creator management agency specializing in social media marketing and monetization. We handle everything from social media strategy to content planning for our roster of creators. We're looking for a sharp marketer and copywriter who can craft scroll-stopping content that converts followers into paying subscribers.
The Role
This role focuses on copywriting across Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms for multiple creators, with growth into developing full short-form content concepts and strategy as you prove results.
This isn't a corporate marketing job. You'll be writing copy that drives real revenue, testing what works, and iterating fast. If you perform, this role evolves into a management position leading marketing strategy across our entire creator roster.
What You'll Do
Write high-converting captions for Instagram posts and Reels
Craft engagement-driven content for Twitter that hooks target audiences
Write platform copy optimized for subscriber retention
Develop complete content concepts for Instagram Reels (hooks, storylines, CTAs)
Test different angles, hooks, and tones across platforms
Track performance metrics and refine based on data
Create content calendars and posting strategies
Collaborate on creator branding and positioning
What We're Looking For
Required:
1-2+ years of experience writing social media copy (brand, agency, or freelance)
Deep understanding of Instagram and Twitter algorithms and engagement tactics
Ability to write in different voices/personas for different creators
Data-driven mindset - you test, measure, and optimize relentlessly
Ability to work in-office in Edgewater, Miami
Bonus Points:
Experience with short-form video concepts (Reels, TikTok)
Understanding of audience psychology and what drives engagement
Previous work in creator economy, influencer marketing, or subscription platforms
Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience
