Mission Support & Communications Coordinator The Mission Support & Communications Coordinator helps advance the mission of Youth For Christ by supporting staff, caring for donor relationships, and managing communications. This role works closely with the Executive Director and Director of Operations & Ministry to help the chapter operate effectively and move toward the mission of reaching 500 students in Authentic Christ-sharing Relationships.
Responsibilities Support the Executive Director and Director of Operations & Ministry with daily tasks and projects
Manage and provide support for the organization’s database, network systems, and user accounts (Bloomerang, QuickBooks, YFC Hub)
Execute the organization’s communications plan (send out monthly emails, help create graphics on Canva, schedule posts, etc)
Manage volunteers in the YFC Hub
Steward donor relationships, including setting up ACH donations, updating donor accounts, resolving discrepancies, and providing receipts as needed
Assist with chapter-wide events and ministry activities
Work with leadership to prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts
Assist with tax and financial compliance documentation
Create and manage budgets and sign ups for trips and ministry events
Attend staff meetings as directed
Complete other duties as assigned
All YFC employees are expected to regularly and actively participate in faithful activities that advance the stewardship functions of YFC/USA. These activities will include—but are not limited to— extending invitations to fund raising events, recruiting personal circle of influence/YFC donor contacts, sending letters, handwritten notes, personal calls, and personally ministering to donor contacts.

Must be comfortable learning and utilizing YFC's technology on a daily basis.
