Real-time budget allocation based on iROAS, incrementality signals, and attribution data
Weekly test-and-learn cycles: creative variants, audience segments, bidding strategies, landing pages
Performance dashboards that tell the truth — not vanity metrics, compound metrics
What the system requires: 4+ years operating paid media at scale ($500K+/month across channels)
Fluency in attribution models — last-click is dead, you know what replaced it
Experience across at least 3 markets and 2 languages
