Overview The primary role of the Project Coordinator, Marketing, Content, Branding and Digital Marketing position is to support content, branding, and digital initiatives across the Marketing division.
As a member of our Marketing team, your job would involve:
Coordinating large projects across marketing teams from start to finish
Creating tracking systems, monitoring projects, and documenting outcomes
Orchestrating and running meetings
Drawing from multiple sources, such as research, meetings, and conference calls, to then organize notes into project plans for staff
Assisting with implementing project plans across teams
Maintaining editorial calendars and guides
Helping ensure team is meeting time frame commitments
Making recommendations to improve initiatives
Proactively keeping project documentation up-to-date
Publishing web articles and assisting with QC as needed
Assisting with gathering and reporting on analytics
Supporting event and presentation needs
Assisting with special marketing projects as they arise.
Qualifications Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience
Versatile with various tools we may work in such as Prezi, Google Presentations, Drupal, or other content management systems, webinar tools, and Axure
Ability to work productively across teams and divisions
Comfortable working with MEDITECH executives
Leadership experience
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and a strong sense of project ownership
Can constructively troubleshoot issues as they arise
Comfortable delegating or giving time frame reminders
Strong communication skills and an unflappable disposition
Project management certifications are a plus.
Hiring salary range: $52,800 - $63,000 per year.
Actual salary will be determined based on an individual\'s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.
