Digital Marketing Manager

PunchBowl Entertainment, Nashville, TN, United States

You’re not here to just “run socials.” You’re here to help build careers. As part of our small but mighty Nashville management team, you’ll work side‑by‑side with artists in a true artist development capacity — shaping how they show up digitally, how they connect with fans, and how their online presence supports long‑term growth. This role lives at the intersection of creative instinct, fan psychology, and performance strategy. One minute you’re capturing a raw backstage moment that deepens connection. The next you’re scaling a Meta campaign that’s converting casual listeners into ticket buyers. You understand that digital isn’t separate from artist development — it’s one of the most powerful tools for it. Here you’ll get to: Partner directly with artists and managers to shape digital strategy as a core pillar of long‑term artist development Help define and refine each artist’s online voice, tone, and visual identity as their career evolves Build thoughtful social rollouts around releases, tours, announcements, and growth moments — always aligned with the bigger picture Capture and edit behind‑the‑scenes content that builds narrative and deepens fan loyalty Create short‑form video that feels natural, not manufactured — but still performs Build, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns that drive streaming growth, ticket sales, merch revenue, and audience development Use paid media not just to promote, but to strategically grow fanbases in key markets Analyze performance and translate data into developmental insight — what’s resonating, where growth is happening, and why Maintain content calendars that feel intentional, not reactive Ensure tracking, pixels, and audience segmentation are set up to scale over time Stay culturally sharp — understanding trends, but only applying what fits the artist’s identity Step in during critical career moments (release nights, tour weekends, media opportunities) and execute with precision About you: You have 2–4+ years in digital marketing, social strategy, paid media, or artist development You think beyond posts — you think in arcs, eras, and long‑term brand building You’re comfortable offering real strategic input in rooms with artists and managers You’ve run Meta ads and understand how to scale intelligently You can capture and edit content in real time without losing authenticity You’re organized, calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment You understand that fan growth is about relationship, not vanity metrics You want to help build something lasting #J-18808-Ljbffr
