We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to help lead and deliver integrated B2B marketing strategies across our client portfolio, with a strong focus on account-based marketing and demand generation programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to play a hands‑on role in shaping marketing programs that directly support pipeline and revenue growth. What you’ll do Build and manage integrated B2B marketing strategies across multiple client accounts Support and evolve ABM and demand generation programs aligned to client goals Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure programs support pipeline and revenue objectives Serve as a key day‑to‑day marketing contact for clients and internal stakeholders Help develop campaign plans, GTM programs, and quarterly performance reporting Contribute to new business opportunities by supporting strategic recommendations and campaign approaches Identify opportunities to expand and improve existing programs and client relationships What we’re looking for 3–5 years of marketing experience with agency experience required Background in B2B technology or SaaS marketing Experience supporting or leading ABM and demand generation programs Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing technology, and performance reporting Ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and business outcomes Why Clarify Competitive base salary with commission Flexible work arrangements and healthy work‑life balance 25 PTO days, 8 bank holidays, and 5 sick days Clear opportunities for growth within strategy and commercial teams Collaborative, high‑performing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
