An internship is a short‑term assignment lasting approximately 3 months, not to exceed 6 months. An intern will work with experienced employees on various projects as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Engaging with our audience across all social channels Promoting editorial and video content on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Researching and curating content and images for use on our social channels Supporting the team in tracking growth across social accounts Assisting with capturing and analyzing social media and digital advertising metrics Assisting, as needed, in creating marketing emails, webpages, and managing workshop promotions Assisting with other special projects and events, as needed Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures, and to elevate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc. Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures, and policies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Skilled in MS Office, and possibly other software tools. Can work independently and in a team. Desired Qualifications Some courses completed from a college or university, plus additional related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures in English. Basic mathematical skills including percentages, proportions, and basic algebra.
