Role Description
The Marketing Intern for the U.S. and Canada region at Prometeon will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand awareness, supporting commercial activities, and enhancing market visibility.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the role will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Logistics, and Finance. This is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented position that provides operational support across pricing analysis, trade marketing activities, and customer care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Market Analysis Support
Support the preparation of pricing analyses and competitive benchmarking.
Assist in monitoring market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Trade Marketing Support
Contribute to the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives.
Coordinate point‑of‑sale materials, merchandising tools, and promotional assets.
Support the organization of customer events and trade fairs.
Sales Support & Customer Care Coordination
Support sales team activities through reporting, presentations, and campaign follow‑ups.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective customer care coordination.
Events & Partnerships
Assist in the planning and execution of regional events, sponsorships, and customer meetings.
Budget Tracking
Support the monitoring of marketing expenses and budget allocation.
Assist with invoice management and reporting activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or sales support (internship experience is considered).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
