We’re looking for an enthusiastic, early-career Marketing Generalist to join our growing team in Lakewood. This role is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of professional marketing experience who’s ready to expand their skillset, take ownership of meaningful projects, and grow under strong mentorship.
This role offers meaningful exposure to campaign strategy, event marketing, creative development, and cross‑functional collaboration — giving you a well‑rounded foundation for long‑term growth in marketing. You’ll play a hands‑on role in campaign execution, event programming, and creative development. From trade show planning to digital campaign support, you’ll help bring our marketing strategy to life across channels. This is a collaborative role for a self‑starter who’s confident contributing ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and advocating for their growth.

What You’ll Do
Event & Trade Show Execution
Help plan, organize, and execute virtual and in‑person corporate events, including professional conferences and trade show appearances
Coordinate logistics including vendors, timelines, booth assets, shipping, and promotional materials
Support on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up
Assist with programming and promotional support for webinars and other virtual events
Campaign & Content Support
Support campaign planning and execution across multiple marketing funnels
Assist with email marketing, social media, digital advertising, video content, and educational media initiatives
Contribute to copywriting for emails, landing pages, social posts, event promotions, and internal communications
Collaborate on creative concepts for campaigns and product promotions
Support performance tracking, management, and analysis
Creative & Project Coordination
Help ideate and execute creative marketing campaigns
Assist with basic graphic design projects and asset development
Manage timelines and project plans to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move projects forward efficiently
What You Bring
1–4 years of professional marketing experience
Experience supporting or executing professional conferences or trade shows
Comfort planning and managing marketing projects from idea through execution
Strong written communication skills and confidence in copywriting
An eye for design and willingness to experiment with graphic elements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying proactive and adaptable
A growth mindset — eager for mentorship, hands‑on experience, and continuous learning
Self‑starter mentality balanced with the confidence to ask questions and advocate for yourself

Compensation range of $55,000‑$75,000/annually, inclusive of base & variable compensation and commensurate with experience.
