Lifecycle Marketing Manager

As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will lead all customer lifecycle communication across email and SMS, building the systems, campaigns, and automations that increase repeat purchases and strengthen brand loyalty. This position partners closely with E-commerce leadership and plays a hands‑on role in Shopify execution to ensure campaigns translate seamlessly from strategy to storefront. This is both a growth and operational role — equal parts creative thinking, technical setup, and performance optimization. What You’ll Own Retention & Revenue Growth Build and manage automated customer journeys (onboarding, cart recovery, replenishment, re‑engagement) Plan and execute campaign sends tied to product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments Segment audiences using behavioral and purchase data Run ongoing A/B testing across subject lines, content, offers, and timing Protect list health and optimize deliverability Shopify Execution Support backend product updates, merchandising logic, tagging, and collections Create and QA discounts and promotional setups Ensure the site is fully prepared to support campaign traffic Contribute to initiatives that improve conversion and overall customer experience Performance & Insights Monitor and report on retention metrics including repeat rate, AOV, LTV, and revenue contribution Continuously refine the customer journey to maximize lifetime value What We’re Looking For 3+ years in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an E-commerce environment Strong hands‑on experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred) Analytical thinker who uses data to guide decisions Highly organized operator who can manage multiple moving pieces Strong collaborator who works well across marketing, E-commerce, and external partners #J-18808-Ljbffr
