The Role At Twinkl, our mission is simple: help those who teach. As a Customer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing that mission to life through thoughtful, engaging communications that connect educators with the resources they need. You’ll work closely with the Senior Customer Marketing Manager to plan, build, and launch email campaigns that help educators discover new resources, get more value from their membership, and stay inspired in their teaching journey. You’ll be joining a small but mighty U.S. marketing team, where everyone rolls up their sleeves, collaborates closely, and gets to see the impact of their work in real time! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands‑on experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM campaigns, process improvements, and customer engagement while learning how marketing works in a fast‑moving, startup‑style environment. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and a little scrappy. If you enjoy figuring things out, improving processes, and helping campaigns run smoothly from idea to send, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities: Email & Campaign Execution Build and schedule customer email campaigns, including weekly newsletters, product announcements, and lifecycle campaigns Coordinate campaign setup within the CRM, ensuring segmentation, personalization, and timing are correct Conduct campaign QA and testing to ensure accuracy across links, personalization, and design Work with global teams to ensure campaigns are scheduled and deployed correctly Campaign Development Creatively support the development of engaging email campaigns aligned to customer needs Help surface relevant Twinkl resources, seasonal content, and educator trends for campaigns Assist with campaign copywriting and email content creation Performance & Optimization Track campaign performance including open rates, CTR, and engagement Support A/B testing efforts to improve subject lines, layouts, and messaging Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with content teams to identify high-quality resources to feature in campaigns Supporting template evolution by identifying design opportunities to improve our brand awareness Collaborate with CRM and data teams towards accurate audience segmentation Process & Operational Support Help maintain the campaign calendar and scheduling workflows Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign execution Support documentation of campaign processes and CRM workflows About You You have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or email marketing You have hands‑on experience working with CRM platforms and audience segmentation You’re someone excited about presenting your work and learnings to your team! You’re excited to grow your skills in customer marketing and lifecycle strategy You’re organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong eye for accuracy before campaigns go out You’re resourceful and proactive, enjoy solving problems. You have experience representing a brand at events, conferences, or booths, and enjoy engaging directly with educators or customers Bonus Experience Experience supporting content marketing or digital campaigns Startup experience Have a background in teaching or education, or experience working closely with educators Why Join Twinkl?
