Social Media Strategist

Brad Mondo Inc. is hiring a Social Media Strategist to work directly on the Brad Mondo personal brand across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience who understands content strategy at a deep level and knows how to grow creator led brands with intention and data. You will work closely alongside our Social Media Coordinator and directly with Brad to help expand reach, optimize performance, and elevate the overall content ecosystem. What You’ll Be Responsible For Uploading and optimizing YouTube videos including titles, thumbnails, SEO, tags, and metadata Analyzing channel performance and identifying opportunities to improve CTR, retention, watch time, and subscriber growth Developing short form and long form content strategies aligned with brand positioning Sourcing video concepts and trends that fit the Brad Mondo voice Editing short form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts Managing video sourcing, clipping, and repurposing workflows Staying ahead of platform changes and proactively bringing growth ideas to the table What Success Looks Like Measurable growth in YouTube and TikTok reach Improved retention, click through rate, and overall performance metrics Increased consistency and strategic alignment across platforms Content that feels intentional, elevated, and performance driven Who You Are 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, creator marketing, or digital content strategy You think strategically, not just tactically You are serious about performance and understand analytics You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment You are not looking for a starter role, you want to build something meaningful Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Paid time off Hybrid work schedule Opportunity to work directly with a leading creator and build a large scale personal brand If you want, I can also tighten the tone slightly to feel more elite and selective so you attract fewer but stronger applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
