The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a professional office environment, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Establish and build customer relationships Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and changes Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and policy changes Stay informed on carrier products and industry standards Prepare and maintain accurate summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service issues and policy interpretation Collaborate with Producers in policy review and delivery Contact clients regarding outstanding receivables; invoice clients; review and accurately maintain accounting history Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in a professional customer service role; insurance experience a plus. Excellent customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office EPIC agency management system knowledge a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with excellent time management skills Strong computer and technology skills Must be able to work on-site in Pigeon Forge, TN M-F 8:30-5 or 8-4:30 #J-18808-Ljbffr
