The Mission:
You are not just an uploader. You are the Brand Guardian. You will move seamlessly between high-level strategy (Campaign planning, Content Pillars) and ground-level execution (Copywriting, Trending Audio, Community Management).

What You’ll Actually Do:

Own the Calendar: Plan, strategize, and execute monthly content calendars that align with client business goals.

Trend Jacking: Spot trends on Reels/Twitter/LinkedIn before they die. Adapt them for our clients instantly.

Community Growth: Don't just "monitor comments." Spark conversations. Engage with influencers. Build a tribe.

Analytics that Matter: Move beyond "reach." Track Engagement Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion. Present monthly ROI reports to clients.

Collaborate: Work with our Designers and Video Editors to ensure the creative vision matches the strategy.

AI Integration: Use AI tools to speed up caption writing, hashtag research, and idea generation.

You Bring:

3+ Years of Experience: You’ve managed multiple accounts simultaneously. You know how to handle a crisis in the comments section.

Copywriting Chops: You can write witty one-liners for Instagram and thought-leadership essays for LinkedIn.

Visual Eye: You aren't a designer, but you know what looks good. You can whip up a quick Canva creative or CapCut edit if the design team is jammed.

Platform Mastery: You know exactly how the Instagram algorithm has changed in the last 6 months.
