Residential Marketing Specialist

At Sunshine Exteriors, we serve over 400 customers a year across a 30-mile radius. Our mission is to provide professional, timely, and effective solutions to our rapidly expanding customer base. As a Canvasser, you're the first impression of our brand — playing a key role in helping us reach more homeowners by getting the word out. This is an entry-level position with paid training. You’ll work independently, distributing flyers along assigned routes. Your mission is simple: deliver materials efficiently, represent the brand professionally, and help drive new business. You won’t be knocking on doors — just hitting your route, moving with purpose, and helping Sunshine Exteriors grow. Responsabilities Move efficiently through assigned neighborhoods and routes Deliver flyers to targeted homes and areas Represent the Sunshine Exteriors brand with professionalism and personality Communicate clearly with team leads and track basic progress Maintain a clean, organized approach to flyer distribution Attend short team meetings or check-ins as needed Results Route Completion: Canvass all assigned areas within expected timeframes Professionalism: Be a strong brand ambassador — courteous, clean, and on-task Feedback & Input: Share ideas or observations that could improve routes or performance Lead Volume: Help generate interest that turns into scheduled estimates and jobs Requirements Skills : Strong communication, time management, and personal discipline Traits : Professional, dependable, personable, detail-oriented Physical : Walk for extended periods outdoors in various weather conditions Equipment : Reliable personal vehicle and smartphone Other : Valid driver’s license and insurance required #J-18808-Ljbffr
