About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Philanthropy and Marketing to join their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic philanthropic leadership, advancing a comprehensive multi-channel philanthropic strategy, and driving sustainable revenue growth, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing all philanthropic and marketing functions, and actively engaging with current and prospective donors, funders, and community stakeholders. The Vice President will also be accountable for fundraising performance, revenue projections, and progress toward annual goals, with a focus on donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a proven track record in philanthropy and development, with at least 7 years' experience and a Master's degree preferred. Specific requirements include a genuine passion for supporting individuals with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities, experience in partnering with a Board of Directors, and success in various fundraising revenue streams.
