This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving company revenue. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client presentations, collaborating on marketing strategies, and ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns. The role also involves identifying potential sales opportunities and maintaining regular communication with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, online business strategies, and website development
- Familiarity with offline marketing tactics like brand identity design, marketing planning, and referral programs
- Ability to identify sales opportunities, pitch effectively, and close deals
- High degree of organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency is advantageous
