Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: Ensure tents are properly stocked and set up for each event, based on guest capacity and service/workshop requirements Prepare and maintain equipment and amenities, including beverage stations, fans, speakers, and linens/laundry coordination Provide safe, timely golf cart transportation for guests between the Spa Lobby and outdoor tent areas, remaining on standby for additional support Assist guests and service providers with needs such as directions, restroom trips, and retrieving supplies to ensure a seamless experience Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized tent environment during events Communicate effectively with Spa leadership and team members regarding operations, guest needs, facility concerns, and weather conditions
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Seasonal Position through Fall 2026. Availability Tuesday through Saturday from 1 PM - 9 PM. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay range:
$18.00 - $19.00 / hour
