Summary

If you’re looking to break into real estate and learn the business by actually being in the field, this is where most of our agents start.

As a Showing Partner, your primary role is simple:

be in motion . You’ll be out in the field showing homes, meeting buyers, lead generating alongside an experienced agent, and learning how real estate works in real time, not just in theory. As part of a Zillow Preferred team, many of the buyers you’ll work with are actively looking to purchase, giving you consistent opportunities to be in the field, gain experience, and learn how real transactions take shape.

That said, this is an

active, fast-paced role . Evenings and weekends are part of the job, and your schedule will often revolve around client availability.

You won’t be responsible for generating your own business at first — but you will be expected to:

Responsibilities

Show homes to prospective buyers based on team-generated opportunities

Support the conversion process by engaging with active buyers from online sources (including Zillow Preferred), helping move them from initial inquiry to in-person showings

Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and team members

Provide a professional, knowledgeable, and punctual client experience

Communicate client feedback and insights to the team

Assist in identifying client needs and next steps

Track activities and client interactions within PLACE Technology

Attend team meetings, trainings, and script practice sessions

Maintain consistent availability, including evenings and weekends

Support lead agents in moving clients through the buying process

Continuously learn scripts, market knowledge, and client communication skills

Qualifications You don’t need experience in real estate, but you do need energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn quickly.
