Requirements: Excellent analytical skills and superior customer service skills. Able to read, understand and speak written communications andfollow a defined script when communicating with clients. Good written and verbal communication skills;able to communicate with clients, management and co-workers. Experiencedprocessing large amountsof data accurately and quickly Able to work independently and on a team. Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Paralegal work a plus.
