are looking to hire an Express Service Advisor for their growing service departments. This is an entry-level position. Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates! Responsibilities
Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers' descriptions of symptoms; clarify problem descriptions; conduct inspections; take test drives; check vehicle maintenance records; examine service schedules. Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtain approval signatures; enter RO into a service database system. Requirements
No prior automotive experience needed; willing to train the right candidate. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. CDK experience is preferred. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service. Company & Workplace
