The ideal candidate should have experience in Restaurant Construction, Retail Construction, Tenant Interior, and High-End Commercial Projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other construction professionals. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the Construction industry. Experience in Restaurant Construction, Retail Construction, Tenant Interior, High-End Commercial Projects, and other commercial and retail construction projects. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other construction professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
