## Property Manager**Agency Overview**The Arc of Cape May County is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to providing comprehensive services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to foster independence, dignity, and full community inclusion for those we serve, while creating a respectful and accessible environment for all.**Duties**We are seeking a **Property Manager**to be responsible for the total coordination and oversight of the agency's properties and facilities maintenance systems.* Oversees major renovations of properties and subcontractors;* Maintains and organizes contracting bids;* Completes timely and accurate maintenance budget requests;* Completes maintenance tasks, and directly supervises the Maintenance Mechanic;* Develops and monitors the agency’s preventative maintenance program, including the fire safety and water testing systems required by licensing requirements;* Conducts routine safety inspections and recommends steps for remediation;* Oversees major renovations of properties, including the work of contractors involved;* Assists the Director of Facilities and Maintenance with acquisitions and sales of agency properties## Qualifications* High School Diploma;* At least ten years of broad based experience in household and building maintenance repair work;* Must be able to work a flexible schedule as assigned and respond to maintenance emergencies;* Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds;* Driver's license valid in the state of New Jersey and a good driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr
