Ace Grease Service, Inc. is a family-owned business with over 33 years of experience in collecting and recycling used cooking oil and grease trap waste. We operate across nine states, providing environmentally responsible services to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and large food manufacturing facilities, transforming raw materials into valuable products like biodiesel, plastics and soaps.
The Role
This is a high-impact role responsible for owning marketing performance internally while managing our external agency and strengthening our presence in the communities and industries we serve. You will ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable growth, stronger local relationships, and increased brand visibility across our territory.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Management & Performance Oversight
Serve as the primary liaison with our marketing agency
Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and hold partners accountable to KPIs
Manage marketing budget and evaluate ROI
Ensure marketing efforts align with operational capacity and growth targets
Local Sponsorships & Community Engagement
Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities in:
Local restaurant associations
Hospitality and foodservice trade groups
Community and charity events
Industry conferences and networking events
Ensure sponsorships align with strategic customer segments
Coordinate event logistics, booth presence, and materials
Track ROI and lead generation from events
Strengthen brand reputation as a community-focused, responsible service provider
Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Develop marketing materials to support outbound and retention efforts
Capture customer testimonials and case studies
Translate field insights into improved messaging
Brand & Market Presence
Strengthen visibility in our service area
Oversee print materials, fleet branding consistency, and on-site messaging
Support social media presence tied to real operational stories
Maintain consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints
Reporting & Infrastructure
Track cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and pipeline impact
Improve CRM alignment between marketing and sales
Standardize messaging and positioning across departments
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
Experience managing agencies and vendors
Experience coordinating trade shows, sponsorships, or industry events
Strong understanding of marketing ROI and performance tracking
Ability to work cross-functionally in a growing, hands-on environment
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Bonus if you have experience in:
Environmental or facility services
Marketing to restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, or institutional kitchens
Route-based or territory-driven businesses

Salary: $65,000-$80,000 (DOE) + Quarterly Performance Based Bonuses
