EDL Packaging in DePere, WI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to our team to focus on growing our client base in the Midwest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial/packaging equipment sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, nurture existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new customers within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory Actively seek out and develop new accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends Provide technical expertise and support to customers on our packaging systems. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networks
